Delegations check in with hotel reception. Managers verify squads, doubles partners and tournament entries and gather mixed doubles details. There is no separate event registration office.

Managers’ meeting & wristbands

First event meeting for national managers or nominated deputies. Compulsory wristbands issued. Bring mixed doubles player/partner names, confirm the national opening-ceremony song and check League App Live ↗ and CueScore ↗, rules, access and team details.

Opening ceremony

Nations’ opening ceremony. Managers confirm their nation's music at the 10:00 meeting. Ceremony assembly point TBC.

Championship play starts 14:00.

Mixed doubles registration

Managers collect interested players’ names and partner details on arrival and bring them to the managers’ meeting. All entries close at 8:00 PM, 22 October.

Entry fee: £55 per mixed doubles pair. Matches are scheduled for 23 October, first to 4. Start time and payment route TBC.

World Grand Prix

Entries and payments must be completed through CueScore by 8:00 PM on 22 October. Entry fee: £55 per player. First to 5 in every category. Keep your payment confirmation. Start time and exact event link TBC.

Macmillan 12-hour charity poolathon

Fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support. Donations via collection bucket and event QR codes.

Participating table, sign-up contact and rota TBC.

Presentation dinner numbers & payments

Team managers must collect their delegation's payments and confirm final dinner attendance numbers by 22 October. Dinner price, payment method and final arrangements TBC.

UK clocks go back

Check phones, alarms, calendar appointments and scoring devices. All advertised match times use UK local time.

Finals and closing ceremony

Finals from 15:00. Presentation and closing ceremony at 19:30. Dinner details under discussion; DJ afterwards.

Departures

Hotel check-out and onward transfers. Confirm your own travel arrangements.
